‘Jurassic Park 4’ May Have Aquatic Dinosaurs [Rumor]
When you think of Jurassic Park, does your mind automatically go to aquatic dinosaurs? When Jurassic Park 4 hits theaters it just might. There’s rumors circulating that the fourth installment of Jurassic Park may introduce aquatic dinosaurs.
That’s right folks. The Steven Spielberg produced film may just give us a whole new outlook on dinosaurs. According to JoBlo, who claims to have a source on the inside of the production, the film may just introduce the element of water to its dinos.
Other rumors circulating the production is that the producers are currently looking at Bryce Dallas Howard for a role in the film. While no reports have confirmed this, it wouldn’t be surprising as Spielberg produced the 2010 film Hereafter, which Howard had a role in. Also there’s talks that Laura Dern is returning as well, but that has yet to be confirmed either. Despite these rumors, the source over at JoBlo insists that the casting process hasn’t started yet.
According to the source Jurassic Park 4 will be set in present day Isla Nublar, which has been turned into a theme park. Families are allowed to visit the theme park to see the dinosaurs, where they are muzzled for the audience’s protection. The park is enormous and has 10 million visitors per year.
Of course you can see where this is going. Mayhem erupts as the dinosaurs break free, which involves in the death of many of the visitors.
For now we know for certain that Colin Trevorrow of Safety Not Guaranteed will be directing the Jurassic Park 4 film. We also know that it’s being shot in 3D and will hit theaters in the summer of 2015. Of course that’s a long ways off, but since details are already spilling out, we don’t think it’ll be too long of a wait.
