The picture above only shows a prototype model, but this iPad arcade cabinet from UK firm Freekade lets you do precisely what the iCade promised: slide in Apple’s slate, and play awesome old games with old school controls, including a pleasingly chunky joystick.
I’ve no idea when this will be going on sale, but it’s already looking pretty fun in this footage:
