Meet Jason Segel’s New Girlfriend Bojana Novakovic

Since it was announced that Jason Segel and Michelle Williams broke up, we haven’t seen much of Segel. After his sitcom How I Met Your Mother stopped filming for the season in March, the last place he was publicly seen was during a short trip to New York for the CBS upfronts.

However, that all changed a few weeks ago after Segel was spotted cozying up to another pint-sized blonde beauty. Their close proximity and full on cheese smiles had the blogosphere wondering who Segel’s new lady friend was. The twosome were first spotted in May having a nice lunch together and then cuddled up for a stroll. A Whole Foods outting later, and it seems like her identity has been revealed.

Segel’s very new girlfriend is Yugoslavian born beauty Bojana Novakovic. If the name doesn’t sound too familiar you can check her out in this year’s Generation Um…, Burning Man, Edge of Darkness, and Devil where she appears in small to larger roles in all of her films. For two years the 32-year-old actress had appeared on the Australian television series Satisfaction playing Tippi.

Of the blossoming relationship, friends of Segel told People magazine that the pair, “Have fun together and Jason seems to be really happy. They hang out often.”

As for Bojana’s upcoming projects she is set to appear alongside Greg Kinnear in the Fox series Rake in the fall, so we’ll be seeing a whole lot more of Novakovic, and hopefully Segel will too.

Jason Segel and Michelle Williams dated for nearly a year before they decided to call it quits. According to reports the two just couldn’t make the long distance relationship work, because Segel wasn’t ready to completely abandon Los Angeles for New York. Since their breakup Williams has stepped out with Brooklynite artist Dustin Yellin.
