Man Calls Cops To Complain About His Prostitute

When you find that your prostitute is sub-par, we don’t recommend calling the police for file a complaint.

As far as we know, there is no Yelp for the world’s oldest profession. That’s probably why one man decided to call the police Tuesday to complain about the quality of his prostitute, according to a spokesman for the West Midlands Police Department in England.

The man contacted police to say that his prostitute should be charged for breaching the Sale of Goods Act for “making herself out to be better looking than she was.”

The police simply replied that soliciting sex is illegal and sent him a warning.

“We had a call on Tuesday at about 7:30 pm. The caller said he had arranged to meet a prostitute outside a hotel and he did not like the look of her,” said a department spokesman.

“He said she made herself out to be better than she was. When he took issue with this she took his car keys, ran out of the car and then threw them back at him.”

Solihull Police, who investigated the incident, took to Twitter to joke about the strange case.

I like to think that a police officer just showed up and slapped the man upside the head.

Prostitution in itself isn’t illegal, but various activities around it are criminalized in England. For instance, running a brothel is against the law, as is loitering and soliciting sex on the street.
