Tim Tebow Dad: Rumors Of NFL Career Ending Are Wrong
Tim Tebow rumors about the Tim Tebow’s NFL career ending are swirling all over, but they’re all wrong says Tim Tebow’s dad.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr, several days ago Tim Tebow denied rumors he was giving up his NFL career.
Tim Tebow has kept quiet about the rumors, which some say is the best move he can make at the moment.
Some commentators believe Tim Tebow was blackballed from the NFL due to his Christian beliefs. Apparently this includes Glenn Beck, who offered Tim Tebow a job while saying:
“Who else would hire him to do even sports? ESPN probably wouldn’t hire him. Nobody’s going to hire him, he’s too controversial. And think of that. No one’s going to hire him because he’s religious? It’s unbelievable.”
The Tim Tebow rumors about his NFL career ending were fueled further by an ESPN article by David Fleming:
“Even now, after Tebow cleared waivers unclaimed and with members of his camp privately admitting that his NFL run is probably over, the football world remains as divided as ever over him.”
But then NFL.com reporter Ian Rapoport got a hold of Tim Tebow’s dad, Bob Tebow, who flat out denied the new Tim Tebow rumor that his supporters were giving up:
“You’re old enough to not believe all you hear.”
Asked Bob Tebow, Tim's dad, about ESPN Mag report that Tebow admits NFL career is over: "You are old enough to not believe all you hear."
