Channing Tatum Returns To Work After Birth Of Daughter
Channing Tatum sure is a busy man. The new father returned to work three days after the birth of his daughter, to film the sci fi action film JupiterAscending. Currently Tatum is filming in London with Mila Kunis, and because of his busy schedule, he and wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum decided to make a home while the actor films.
As reported, the big day finally arrived and the two welcomed a baby girl. While Tatum’s daughter’s name isn’t revealed just yet, we can reveal that he’s not taking any time off, and neither is his wife. Of their busy schedule, Tatum told Ryan Seacrest’s radio show: “We’re going to actually have the baby in London while I’m shooting, and then there will be no downtime whatsoever after that.”
Tatum stayed true to his word as the actor was seen today filming in London at a power station. While Tatum is busy shooting his next big budget film, Dewan-Tatum is taking a brief rest at their $8.8 million London apartment along with their two dogs and their newborn daughter.
Shortly after, it’s been reported that Jenna Dewan-Tatum has no intentions on halting her career now that she’s a new mother. In fact, the actress, starts production on her Lifetime series Witches of East End in Vancouver in July. It’s around that time that Tatum’s production will move from London to Chicago.
Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum met and subsequently fell in love on the set of their 2006 film Step Up. Back then Dewan was a back up dancer for Justin Timberlake, and Tatum was a model just starting to break into the acting world. The two were wed on July 2009 after they became engaged in September of 2008.
Their new daughter is the first child for both actors.
Jupiter Ascending is slated for a July 2014 release.
