George Clooney, Monika Jakisic Spotted Holding Hands, Actor Denies Affair

The George Clooney, Monika Jakisic rumors hit the web yesterday after the famously commitment-free star was spied allegedly holding hands with Jakisic — who is, for the record, a model from Croatia previously linked with the actor.

The Clooney Monika Jakisic hand holding was particularly scandalous because Clooney has reportedly been doing his no commitment thing for some time with Stacy Keibler.

But … not on May 25, allegedly. Clooney and Jakisic were supposedly spotted by showbiz blabbermouths in London in a private club, and a witness to the purported perfidy spilled to In Touch:

“They seemed to be having a great old time together … He didn’t seem to care who saw them. He was being openly affectionate.”

According to the celeb mag, Clooney and Jakisic also engaged in some hip-hop dancing, and the spy added:

“Lots of people were going up and saying hi to George — he didn’t leave Monika’s side … The place was packed but he didn’t seem to care who saw them inside the club. They were laughing and looked very comfortable together and were there ‘til very late.”

But … the intel also suggests that Clooney took pains not to be papped next to Jakisic, instead departing on his lonesome so as not to wind up on the front page of TMZ:

“He left first and she left after him … He didn’t want to be photographed with her. Maybe she was a shoulder for him to cry on — not that he looked like he was crying. He looked very happy — they were smitten with each other.”

Clooney, who is in London to film The Monuments Men, has been seeing Stacy Keibler for one to two years now — but the pair are alleged to be having a hard go of it lately.

The Ocean’s Eleven star was irritated at the scuttlebutt, and fumed:

“I wasn’t holding anybody’s hand … Stop trying to sell magazines by creating scandal that isn’t there.”
