Bruce Willis Wants $22 Million For His Beverly Hills Mansion
Bruce Willis wants around $22 million for his Beverly Hills mansion.
The Die Hard star reportedly has a number of houses spread across the country. Since he’s looking to shed a little real estate weight, the actor is hoping someone will take the Spanish-style estate off of his hands.
TMZ reports that Bruce Willis bought the mansion back in 2004 for roughly $9 million. If he finds someone willing to part with $22 million, then he’ll walk away from the deal with quite a bit more than what he originally paid.
The house was originally built way back in 1928. The 10,379 square-foot space features a staggering 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The website also states that the mansion comes with a tennis court, swimming pool, stone fountain, and arched glass doors. There’s a very good reason why it has a price tag of $22 million.
According to The Huffington Post, Bruce Willis owns other properties in South California and New York. Since the actor often jumps back and forth across the country when he’s working on projects, Willis makes sure that he has a place to call his own regardless of which coast he’s on.
If you’re curious to see what the property looks like, be sure to swing by the listing on Realtor.com. There’s over two dozen pictures of both the inside and outside of the mansion. You may not be able to afford it, but at least you can virtually peek through the windows.
While he’s waiting for someone to come along and take the house off his hands, Bruce Willis will begin promoting his latest action flick Red 2. The film, a sequel to his Robert Schwentke’s 2010 box office hit, is slated to hit theaters in North America on July 19.
What do you think about Bruce Willis’ $22 million mansion? Would you pay that much for the property if you had the cash at your disposal?
