Apple iPhone 5 And Low-Cost iPhone To Feature Multiple Colors

Apple iPhone 5S and low-cost iPhones will be featured in multiple colors, according to a new rumor on the web.

According to a rumor from Macotakara, the low-cost iPhone will feature a plastic shell instead of aluminum. The company claims that the plastic shell will make it easy for Apple to offer white, pink, green, blue, and yellow-orange designs.

MacRumors believes the devices will ship in a different color palette with navy, gold orange, white, and gray.

It is also rumored that Apple will sell the low-cost device for $350 to $400.

The more expensive iPhone 5 is also expected to ship with a host of new colors. The current rumor points to standard black and white models alongside green or gold devices. A previous rumor also claimed that Apple was mulling over the idea of a pink iPhone.

If several different colors are not enough to excite you about the iPhone 5 and low-cost iPhone, perhaps the rumored dual-LED flash will help sway you.

One rumor states that the low-cost iPhone will go into limited trial production in June, leading to expectations of a 2013 release that would be directly against current speculation of a 2014 release.
