Noah Cyrus is making waves in a stunning, slit, and cut-out dress - and she was on stage with sister Miley Cyrus. The 21-year-old singer was a guest performer over the New Year as 29-year-old Miley hosted her Miley's New Year's Ever Party, with footage from the glam night showing the siblings on stage and belting out "Jolene."
While Miley went with a jazzy and tassel one-piece pant look from Versace, Noah went for a racier finish. Check out the video below.

Noah was seen in a long, slinky, and slit black dress, one flashing her toned legs and boasting a fun, unusual, and structured asymmetric finish. Not as skimpy as her recent Miami Beach bikini, but not far off.
Taking to her caption and shouting out "Midnight Sky" singer Miley, Noah wrote: "Jolene, i’m begging of you please don’t take my man 💜," adding:
"Congratulations on your fucking INCREDIBLE NYE show @mileycyrus AND thank you for having me!!! i’m SO proud of you and i love you so so much 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤."
Miley, of course, made global headlines for suffering a major wardrobe malfunction during the televised special - her tiny glitter top fell apart, leaving her accidentally topless on stage. More after the video.
2020 marked Noah opening up and revealing how tough it was growing up in sister Miley's shadow.
"I was, to the public eye, Billy Ray Cyrus' daughter and Miley Cyrus' little sister, and that "Somebody not even coming up to you and calling you by your name? That's going to really f-ck you up as a kid, make you feel like you don't even matter to the population — for them to not even know your name," she stated. More below.
The IN MY FEELS podcast host separately addressed the issue of being "stripped" of her "identity", stating: "It's not, 'I know you, but aren't you also so and so's little brother?' It would be, 'You're Miley Cyrus' little sister. You're Hannah Montana's little sister.' It wouldn't be a question, it would be a statement when they came up to me."
Noah was nominated last year for a Grammy. She's also received immense support from Miley, who danced to Noah's beats for her "quarantini bikini" dance in May 2020.
