Kate Beckinsale revealed on an appearance at The Late Night Show how she truly feels about actor Ryan Reynolds. The revelation is both shocking and hilarious!
A couple of years ago, the British actress chatted with Jimmy Fallon and made a confession that had the host laughing hard.
According to Kate, she feels she can't be in the same room as Ryan because of this hilarious reason.
In the interview, Kate revealed that she thinks she looks "exactly like Ryan Reynolds".
"Like in a shocking way," she told host Jimmy Fallon. "Like, when sometimes, I see a bus going by with a poster on it I think, 'Damn, I look hot. Oh, wait, that's not me. Also, I've never done that movie.'"
Fallon argued that he doesn't see the resemblance but Beckinsale insisted that she really sees herself in the Deadpool star.
"I've wrestled with how, obviously, he's not even like a sort of slightly-girly-boy-bander type," the star explained. "He's like a big Canadian man and I really see myself in him."

Jimmy pulls up a side-by-side photo of the two actors, which downright proves Kate's theory.
Kate continues to say she feels so strongly about the resemblance that she can't even be in the same room as Reynolds.
"I can't be in the same room as him. Because one of us, I think, would explode, or something would happen," Kate joked, explaining she could never work with the actor.
The funny interview quickly went viral and found its way to Ryan, who was promoting his Netlifx film 6 Underground at the time.
When asked by Hoda Kotb on the Today show about his reaction to Kate's insistence of their likeness, Ryan was quick to jump in on the joke.
“It is like looking in a mirror,” Reynolds said. He also continues to explain that it wasn't the first time he has heard about it.
“This has been something I've heard for a long time; other people have said it to me, as well. We met one time, but yeah, I [have heard it].”
Reynolds continued the gag and even proposed a movie idea to Beckinsale.
The actor took to Instagram to share his movie pitch, tagging his doppelganger with a screen capture of the Olsen twins' Double, Double Toil and Trouble movie poster which he superimposed with his face and Kate's.
"F**k it. We already have a script," Reynolds captioned the post.
