Most Wanted Arrest By FBI Nabs Child Pornographer Eric Justin Toth
A Most Wanted arrest by the FBI nabbed child pornographer Eric Justin Toth.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr, recently a criminal justice professor was tased and arrested for the third time on charges of child pornography. A teacher allegedly photoshopped student faces into pornography. New Jersey’s most wanted were arrested as part of a child pornography ring.
The FBI Most Wanted arrest was made in Nicaragua Saturday, nabbing former a Washington, D.C. elementary school teacher who is charged with evading arrest for child pornography charges. Eric Justin Toth was listed with a $100,000 reward by the Federal Bureau of Investigation on its “Ten Most Wanted” list since April 2012.
Eric Justin Toth is charged with owning illegal images of a young boy on a school camera in Toth’s possession. Eric Justin Toth is also accused of secretly videotaping his third-grade students in a bathroom.
The FBI Most Wanted arrest was proceeded with advertisements warrants for Toth’s arrest in Maryland and D.C. for possessing and producing child pornography. After being kicked out of the school he worked at, Eric Justin Toth fled to his parent’s house in Indiana. The last trace the FBI could find was Toth’s car at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
The FBI Most Wanted arrest was made because a tipster recognized Eric Justin Toth from media coverage. The unnamed woman met Toth at a “social engagement” on April 18 and was able to tell the FBI where he was and what alias he was using.
Nicaraguan National Police Chief Aminta Granera said Eric Justin Toth was living in the country illegally and would be deported to the United States. Police say he lived in Nicaragua since at least February and used the pseudonym Robert Shaw Walker.
