Kardashian Divorce Settlement Approved

Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian’s divorce settlement has been approved by a Los Angeles judge.

Details about the agreement were not disclosed but Yahoo News reports that both parties agreed to terms. The divorce will be finalized as soon as Humphries and Kardashian sign the documents.

According to TMZ, the divorce settlement heavily favors Kim Kardashian.

Kris Humphries was demanding more than $7 million from the reality star. The NBA player was also asking the judge to annul the marriage based on fraud. The judge dismissed both of these requests and ruled that Humphries wouldn’t get anything in the divorce.

On the bright side, Humphries was not fined by the judge for missing his court appearance last week. On the down side, he has Kim Kardashian to thank for that. The reality star reportedly stepped in and asked the judge not to fine her ex-husband.

Kris Humphries may have gotten the short end of the stick in the divorce settlement but the NBA player is happy that his marriage to Kim Kardashian is officially over.

Humphries wrote on Twitter: “Couldn’t be happier!”

Now that Kim Kardashian is officially divorced the reality star will be able to marry her new boyfriend Kanye West. The two are expecting a child together later this year.
