Kim Kardashian Wants Kate Middleton To Be Her Best Friend, But Duchess Doesn’t Care

Kim Kardashian and Kate Middleton are both due with their first baby in mid-July, and both are in the public eye for nearly every move they make.

Now, Kardashian hopes those commonalities bring the two together, reaching out to the Duchess of Cambridge in an attempt to start a friendship. So far, Kate Middleton hasn’t reciprocated.

Kim has reportedly sent a baby gift and and a warm note to Kate Middleton and also revealed to the duchess that she hired a top astrologer to learn all about a baby born under the Cancer sign.

Kate still hasn’t responded.

It could be that Kate Middleton is too busy preparing for her royal family. She and husband Prince William are in the middle of a $1.5 million renovation at the palace apartment where their baby will be born. Kate also has been busy with charity appearances including a recent trip to a home for women recovering from addiction.

Kim Kardashian has been busy as well. She’s still working on her reality show and promoting her clothing line with her sisters.

Kim has plenty publicity surrounding the baby for her and Kanye West too. She recently appeared on the Tonight Show to talk to host Jay Leno about baby names. A rumor had started that the couple would name their baby North (making his full name North West), and Kim played around with this a bit.

“You know what name I do like but it probably won’t be on? I like Easton. Easton West? I think that’s cute,” Kardashian said

This wouldn’t be the first time that Kate Middleton has snubbed Kim Kardashian. When the reality star was in London last fall to promote her clothing line, she reached out to the duchess for tea and heard nothing.

Kim Kardashian also sent some clothes from her fashion line, but Kate Middleton reportedly sent them back, unopened.
