The Young and the Restless weekly preview video for the week of June 8 through 12 teases some of Genoa City’s most romantic moments. Enjoy five classic episodes dating back to 1986 that feature some of the most significant romances in the CBS Daytime drama’s history. Look back on Ashley and Victor, Nick and Sharon, Michael and Lauren, plus more favorites.
Although the endgame has always been Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), there was no doubt that Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Victor also shared a special connection. Ashley couldn’t believe it was happening as she and Victor spent time together. Watch as Victor romanced Ashley while Nikki found a little fun of her own with Matt (Robert Parucha), which kept it all in the family.
Then, Sharon (Sharon Case) felt like she’d walked into a fairytale when Nick (Joshua Morrow) helped set a scene to take them to a faraway land. Nick arranged a beautiful Arabian-themed tent, and he and Sharon ate a delicious feast. Then, they enjoyed some dancing as musicians serenaded them. They felt like they’d traveled to an exotic locale while still remaining in Genoa City. They kissed and shared an incredibly romantic moment, as things seemed just about perfect for a while amid the storm of their lives.

Meanwhile, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) took a big gamble, since with big risks come big rewards. He and Lauren (Tracey Bregman) played at a card table, and he surprised her with a very special set of cards. Michael asked Lauren to marry him in a unique manner because he wanted the payoff of spending the rest of his life with her. A tearful Lauren seemed like she was ready to take the plunge.
During a New Year’s Eve to remember, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) let Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) know that he didn’t want to be her sidekick anymore, and when midnight struck, he wasn’t planning to be with Chloe. However, a pajama-clad Chloe found Kevin, and as the New Year rang in, she let him know that she wanted to be with him. The great news was, Kevin also wanted to be with Chloe. These two started a new year and a new relationship together.
Finally, enjoy the beautiful wedding of Lily (Christel Khalil) and Cane (Daniel Goddard). For their second trip down the aisle, they — along with their family and friends — headed to Provence, France. In an idyllic ceremony, they exchanged rings and pledged their life-long love to each other. Then, Cane dipped his new wife and gave her a passionate kiss.
