Listing agent, Judeth Leif, said: “I don’t really know yet what impact, if any, (the Notorious B.I.G’s connection) will have on the sale… I think it’ll be notable, but I don’t know if novelty translates to a purchase.”
The real estate website Zillow notes that Notorious B.I.G.’s apartment sits on the third floor of an apartment building in the neighborhood of Clinton Hill. The apartment has hardwood floors, a well-appointed kitchen and a lot of bright light.
Zillow writes: “Located in the heart of historic Clinton Hill in a lovely limestone eight-unit building, this three-bedroom plus den/office condominium was renovated a few years ago preserving traditional styling while answering the needs of modern usage.”
