Leslie Mann And Judd Apatow Buy $11 Million Malibu Bungalow
Actress Leslie Mann and her filmmaker husband, Judd Apatow, have bought a new beachfront bungalow in Malibu for $11 million.
The pair were recently seen walking along the coast hand-in-hand as they enjoyed a romantic jaunt in the secret location. They enjoyed their time there so much, they’ve now decided to purchase an area right on the water.
The home which was bult in the 1930s used to belong to Laura Ziskin, who produced Pretty Woman, As Good as it Gets, and the Spiderman trilogy.
It is located on the stretch of Carbon beach known as the “Billionaire’s Beach,” due to the fact that a hoard of billionaires and entertainment moguls currently live there.
Apatow’s new home is a 2,550 square-foot property, and it consists of four bedrooms and has four and a half baths, as well as a large kitchen, open living room, and a patio that leads onto a gated private beach.
The views from the house are spectacular, and you can see the ocean from both the master bedroom. There is even a patio that sits just above the sand and looks out over the ocean.
There is also a one-bedroom guest house, and courtyard as well as a two-car garage. Other neighbours in the area include Sting and his wife Trudi Styles, Jim Carrey and Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson.
Apatow and Mann will be joined by their two daughters, Maude and Iris who are 15 and 10 respectively.
The duo have turned into two of the most popular young actresses in Hollywood after their immaculate comedic performances in This Is 40 and Knocked Up.
Apatow is one of the most popular comedy producers and directors in cinema after a string of hits which have included The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Get Him To The Greek and Superbad.
