Justin Bieber To Be Prosecuted? Pop Stars Spitting Incident Could Bring Charges
Justin Bieber may be prosecuted for spitting on his neighbor.
Sources close to the assault incident tell TMZ that the 19-year-old pop star will likely face criminal charges after he threatened his neighbor and then spit on him. Bieber confronted his neighbor after they complained that he was driving recklessly.
The father of three complained that Justin Bieber and his friends, including Lil Twist, were speeding around the gated community with no respect for other residents’ safety.
The incident went down when Bieber allegedly took a 100mph joyride in his Ferrari at 8 am in the morning on March 26.
The father, upset about his childrens’ safety, walked onto Bieber’s property and yelled, “You can’t drive like this!” in the morning.
Bieber then yelled back, “Get the f–k out of here. I’m gonna f–king kill you,” and then spit in his face.
The neighbor immediately filed an assault charge against Justin.
Law enforcement agents say they will refer the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office. The department is expected to press criminal battery charges against Bieber.
Justin Bieber may be prosecuted not only because of this case but also because he has “shown a pattern of disregard for the law.”
Bieber has been pulled over for various speeding tickets, fights, threats, reckless driving, drugs, and more. Because of his popularity, all of Bieber’s run-ins with the law have been caught on either video or in photographs. Those videos and photos could be used to prosecute Bieber by providing his history of violence and reckless behavior.
In recent months, Justin Bieber has repeatedly shown disrespect for police and other people around him. With his erratic behavior appearing to escalate, this might be the right time for the L.A. District Attorney’s office to intervene.
