Kailyn Lowry Pregnant: ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Expecting Baby Number Two

Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry is pregnant with her second child, according to a report by In Touch.

Per the magazine, Lowry, 21, and her hubby of six months Javi Marroquin, 20, are happily expecting the birth of their first child together, though Lowry has not confirmed anything through Twitter or Facebook.

“They’re overjoyed! When Kailyn told Javi, he cried,” a source close to the couple tells the magazine.

Marroquin, an Air Force pilot in training who married Lowry in September, has reportedly settled into his role as stepdad to Isaac, Kailyn’s 3-year-old son from her previous relationship with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera.

“They’re nervous about the transition to two children, but are so excited,” the source told the magazine. “She’s not a little girl anymore – she really feels like her life is just beginning.”

The news of Lowry’s pregnancy comes the morning after a controversial scene aired on Teen Mom 2.

In the episode, which was originally filmed over a year ago, Javi and Kailyn get into a heated argument about their dogs and the Teen Mom becomes violent, screaming at Marroquin and even hitting him.

Lowry apologized for the incident long before it was it was shown to viewers on TV, admitting that she suffers from bipolar disorder and has undergone treatment to help with episodes.

Lowry said in January:

“I just want to publicly apologize in advance to my fans and even though Javi and I have moved on from it, I want to say I’m sorry again to him and his family for letting my emotions get the best of me.”

On Monday after her fight with Marroquin was finally aired, Kailyn again took to the net to address the incident and inform fans that she is in a much better place now.
