Kim Kardashian Plans To Rent Out Entire Hospital Floor For Birth Of Her Baby

Kim Kardashian apparently has some big plans for the birth of her baby, and is copying Beyonce to do it.

Kim has reportedly decided to rent out an entire floor of a hospital in Los Angeles for the delivery, the same thing Beyonce and Jay-Z did last year for the birth of daughter Blue Ivy. She apparently has said that the price tag isn’t an issue, and wants the little one to enter the world in quiet and away from prying eyes.

“Her room will be totally sound-proofed before the delivery,” a source told the UK’s Daily Star. “She wants all outside influences and noise of traffic muted.”

She also reportedly wants dimmed lights and ambient music.

“She wants everything to be perfect and, luckily for her, money is no object,” the source told the Daily Star. “Kim’s been reading about how monumental the first few moments of a baby’s life are and wants her child’s entry to the world to be idyllic.”

The decision seems a bit over-the-top, but Kim Kardashian may have a legitimate concern. Whether she’s brought it on or not, Kim’s been subject to constant media attention, and earlier this month was rushed to the doctor with a miscarriage scare. Her fast-paced lifestyle was said to be to blame.

Kim has also been worried about other side-effects of the pregnancy as well. Her aunt Joan Kardashian noted that Kim is freaking out about the weight she’s gained, and is already planning a tummy tuck to get back to form after birth.

Kim Kardashian also revealed some other plans for the baby — or rather, Kanye West did. He said that the couple plans to name their baby North, making the full name North West.

Kanye said he came up with a list of names during Paris Fashion Week, with North ending up as his favorite. There’s no word whether Kim has veto power.
