Kourtney Kardashian Cries When Scott Disick Calls Her Fat
Kourtney Kardashian cried when her boyfriend and baby’s father Scott Disick laid it to her straight after the birth of her baby girl, telling her that she’s still too fat.
The insult came on Sunday’s episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, showing Disick as an uncaring partner after the birth of his daughter, Penelope. In the episode, he tells his girlfriend that this is the “biggest he’s ever seen her while not pregnant,” a strange claim given that the diminutive Kardashian weighs just 115 pounds.
As Kourtney Kardashian weighed herself on a scale, Disick made it a point to remind her that she was much thinner when they first met — before she had two of his children, of course — and that he wishes she weighed 93 pounds.
Kourtney and Scott talk again later, as he tells her that he thinks she’s not doing enough to take her weight off. The biting remarks caused Kourtney Kardashian to cry and caused her sister Kim to go into comfort mode.
The incident comes in what is reportedly a rocky relationship between Kardashian and Disick. Back in December, it was reported that Kourtney turned down Scott Disick’s marriage proposal after already rejecting him once in 2010. Scott reportedly popped the question while they were filiming Kourtney & Kim Take Miami television series.
“Kourtney really has been very vocal and told everyone how she does not want to marry Scott,” a source close to the family said. “She does not think their relationship is perfect and is scared of divorce. But Scott’s not happy about her never saying yes to a proposal.”
Of course, there is even some doubt as to how real the situation was when Disick insulted Kourtney’s weight. The Kardashian line of reality shows more scripted than reality, and producers may have been adding a bit of tension to move along the story line.
The incident itself had something of a happy ending however. After Kourtney Kardashian cried, Scott finally offered her some seemingly half-hearted comfort. He told her that he’ll support her … while she loses the weight the “healthy way.”
