Demi Moore’s Divorce Papers Allege Ashton Kutcher Cheating Secrets
Demi Moore’s divorce papers reveal some Ashton Kutcher cheating allegations. The actress claims she and Kutcher were not separated when he was caught hooking up in San Diego with Sara Leal. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Moore opted to file court documents this week while Ashton and current love Mila Kunis are on vacation in Iowa. She is seeking spousal support from her estranged husband.
In Demi Moore’s divorce papers, she cites the official date of separation as November 17, 2011. The fling with Sara Leal reportedly happened in late September of the same year. The evening Kutcher and Leal spent time together, was also Demi and Ashton’s sixth wedding anniversary.
The young woman claims that Ashton Kutcher told her he was separated from the Charlie’s Angels star before hopping in the hot tub for a little romance.
The actress makes a case in the divorce papers that she entirely felt they were still together while he was having the brief affair, and therefore deserves spousal support. Demi Moore, 50, wants Ashton Kutcher, 35, to pay her legal bills associated with the divorce. Demi Moore’s divorce papers cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce.
Ashton filed for divorce in December 2012. Both movie stars are reportedly represented by powerhouse lawyers. Moore’s attorney is New York City-based William Beslow. Kutcher is represented by renowned celebrity defender, Laura Wasser.
Kutcher is currently the highest-paid actor on television, so he could have a lot to lose if the divorce court judge rules in Demi Moore’s favor. Demi Moore’s mental, emotional, and physical health have been widely debated since her breakup with Ashton Kutcher. Her relationship with her three daughters allegedly remains strained. Kutcher, on the other hand, supposedly has maintained amicable relations with his adult stepdaughters.
An US Weekly source claims that Demi Moore tried to reach a financial settlement with Kutcher privately, but felt her estranged husband was stalling. The source also maintains that Moore grew tired or waiting to get the divorce completed and felt that the time for non-public negotiations was over. Ashton Kutcher is not asking for spousal support.Demi Moore’s divorce papers were officially filed with the Los Angeles court on March 7.
