Demi Moore Asks Ashton Kutcher For Spousal Support

Demi Moore wants Ashton Kutcher to give her a whole bucket load of money. Since Kutcher filed for divorce from Moore back in December after a year of being separated, there hasn’t been any word on Demi Moore’s side. Finally, after nearly three months of keeping quiet, Moore has decided to sign the divorce papers that Kutcher sent while vacationing in Iowa with girlfriend Mila Kunis.

If you thought Demi Moore was going down without a fight, then think again. According to the papers, Moore is seeking her soon-to-be ex-husband for spousal support and for attorney fees.

Moore, 50, who stepped out first following their split citing “irreconcilable differences” is expected to head towards a pretty messy courtroom battle with Kutcher, who reportedly got fed up with waiting for Moore to come around to file the papers first. According to sources, Kutcher made more money after their split, making a hefty $24 million for starring in CBS’ Two and a Half Men.

At the time of the split it looked like Moore was going to file divorce papers any minute. Moore came out in November of 2011 in a telling statement:

“As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life.”

Then proceedings were halted around the same time that Ashton Kutcher stepped out with That 70s Show costar and girlfriend Mila Kunis. The two have reportedly seeing each other for the past year, although the couple hasn’t gone to lengths to confirm their relationship. Recently Kunis did blush and giggle on The Ellen DeGeneres Show when asked about Kutcher, which was the first time she seemed to acknowledged their relationship without outright saying it.

Many have painted the happy reunion of Kutcher and Kunis as a painful ordeal for Moore. However, Moore has been getting back out there with Pink Taco restaurant owner Harry Morton, 31. On the other side of the coin, it still seems as though she has an estranged relationship with two of her daughters. It was reported back in October that eldest daughter Rumer has reconciled with Moore.
