Kanye West’s Mansion For Sale, Price Reduced to $3.3 Million

Kanye West slashed the price of his Hollywood bachelor pad by $700,000. The singer is reportedly anxious to get his home sold so he can move in with Kim Kardashian – his baby momma. West listed his home in 2010 for $3.995 million.

The rapper’s home encompasses 4,214 square feet and includes three bedrooms. Kanye West’s mansion also boasts four bathrooms and an “ultra-modern” design, Radar Online notes. Claudio Silvetrin designed the posh crib Kim Kardashian’s significant other calls home.

Once the singer’s mansion finds a buyer, he will reportedly move to Bel Air and live with the reality show star and his pending little bundle of joy. West’s mansion is heavily populated with pop culture décor, according to photos shared on the home.

Apparently Kanye is a big Jetsons fan, framed posters from the cartoon are featured prominently on a living room wall. Andy Warhol is also represented in West’s mansion. The eclectic artist’s Campbell Soup Can paintings are also a part of the rapper’s décor. A massive pile of stuffed animals is also shown inside the home of Kardashian’s soul mate.

Photos reportedly from West’s mansion posted on Zillow also show a Darth Vader statue in a movie viewing room. Kanye’s plush pad boasts a great view of the city as well. The home was reportedly purchased for $1.75 million in 2003.

When Kanye West moves in with Kim Kardashian, he will garner approximately twice as much living space. The Keeping Up with the Kardashian’s star lives in an 8,662 square foot home with five bathrooms, seven bedrooms, a hot tub and a pool. Kim reportedly bought the house for $9 million.
