Lindsay Lohan’s Lawyer Claims She Had Concussion After Car Accident

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer is now claiming that the actress had a concussion after the Santa Monica car accident. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, attorney Mark Heller was called “incompetent” by the California judge hearing Lohan’s case.

Mark Heller stated during a press conference after Lindsay Lohan’s hearing that Santa Monica police officers shouldn’t have questioned the struggling actress because of a concussion. Although the New York City lawyer may believe his client was injured in the wreck, medical records supposedly say otherwise.

A Radar Online law enforcement source had this to say about Lohan’s supposed injuries after the car accident in California in the summer of 2012:

“The doctors who treated Lindsay on the day of the car accident last summer didn’t diagnose her with a concussion. She suffered no injury to her head whatsoever. She did have bruised ribs, and she was very sore, but that was her only significant injury.”

Lindsay Lohan was offered a plea bargain that included no jail time, but she turned down the deal. If the former child star had signed on the bottom line, she would reportedly have had to spend 60 days in a rehab center.

At the press conference after Lohan’s court hearing, NYC attorney Mark Heller had this to say:

“My client suffered a concussion, and never should have been questioned by the police. She was basically held against her will and forced to answer questions.”

The Mean Girls star allegedly had a CT scan of her neck, back, and spine which showed no injuries after the Santa Monica car accident. The police source also claimed that Lohan was questioned at the hospital emergency room and was not denied medical attention due to questioning. Lohan’s next court date in March 18, Fox News reports.
