‘The Big Bang Theory’s’ Jim Parsons Gets A Makeover For GQ

The Big Bang Theory’s super geek, Jim Parsons, who plays Dr. Sheldon Cooper on the show has been given a huge makeover for the March issue of GQ magazine, and he actually scrubs up quiet nicely.

The 39-year-old comedian, shows off just how dapper he can be in a serious of sexy shirts and pants, and fashionable shoes.

He also provided some of his own insights to the magazine’s websites. When asked what not to wear to an awards ceremony he stated, “A guy should never wear a T-shirt to an awards show.”

He then added, “Then again, if that’s what you are in to, disrespecting your peers, your elders, and those that you work with, go for it.”

Parsons, who has previously been awarded an Emmy, was also asked what the worst thing you could do at an awards show could be, to which he remarked, “Well, I want to say would be to fall down but I don’t think you should vomit or sh** yourself either.”

He also explained how to be a gracious loser, noting, “When the award is being announced and you’re not winning it, the camera is within 8 inches to a foot of your face the whole time.”

“I would smile, and you can maybe nod like, ‘Oh, that’s a good choice,’ and clap, you know. I don’t know what other people feel like,” added the actor.

Parsons also offered advice for what to do after an awards show, saying, “My face is trembling by the end [from] just smiling the whole time. I always want to take a long nap after that.”
