Wesley Snipes’ Zombie Movie ‘Gallowwalkers’ Gets A Trailer [Video]

Wesley Snipes might still be in the prison, but he’s already got a project to promote when he gets out.

Director Andrew Goth’s Gallowwalkers reportedly wrapped production shortly before the actor was sent to prison for skipping out on his taxes. Screen Crush reports that the film debuted in the UK last year. However, not much has been heard about the movie since its premiere.

Since Wesley Snipes’ return to the free world is slated for this summer, more information about the long-awaited Gallowwalkers has started to bubble to the surface. Although Wrekin Hill Entertainment recently acquired the film for distribution, it’s currently unknown when the film will see the light of day in the US.

In addition to the trailer you see embedded below, the folks at Bloody Disgusting got their hands on an impressive collection of high-resolution stills from the upcoming horror movie.

The official plot synopsis reads:

“A mysterious gunman, Aman, is the son of a nun who breaks her covenant with God to ensure his survival. This act brings a curse upon Aman – all those that die by his gun will return. Soon, he is hunted by a gang of his undead former victims, led by the vicious Kansa. Aman enlists Fabulos, a new young warrior, to fight by his side.”

Riley Smith, Kevin Howarth, Tanit Phoenix, Steven Elder, Dallas Page, Patrick Bergin, and Jenny Gago will co-star alongside Wesley Snipes in Gallowwalkers

According to Cinema Blend, the producers of the inevitable Expendables 3 are currently looking to add Snipes to the cast of the proposed sequel. If he agrees to join up, then he could find himself working side-by-side with fellow action star Jackie Chan.
