‘Oz: The Great And Powerful’ Releases New Footage After Star-Studded Premiere
Coming right off of last night’s star studded Oz: The Great And Powerful premiere, new footage has been released by Disney in the form of a 50 second spot.
The spot features all of the familiar faces we’ve come to know in this new franchise, including James Franco, Mila Kunis, Michelle Williams, and Rachel Weisz. The voice overs for the most part are the same, but the new footage is mesmerizing and brings forth another slice of the land of Oz under director Sam Raimi’s scope.
In addition to seeing the theatrical looks of Oz, and Franco’s wizardry skills, this is the first time we get a full glimpse of the wicked witch in all of her green glory. In a flash the wicked witch (assumed to be played by Mila Kunis) is seen throwing a pretty nasty fire ball. Looks like someone has been scorned!
Last night the stars of the film hit the yellow brick road for their Los Angeles premiere of Oz: The Great and Powerful. The three witches, which are made up by Michelle Williams, Rachel Weisz and Mila Kunis, posed for pictures on the yellow brick road. Their costar and leading man James Franco descended in true Oz fashion in a hot air balloon, as he jogged his way to a quick visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live, before posing with his cast mates.
Inside the after party the stars were said to have dined on lemon garlic seared chicken breast and butternut squash ravioli.
