COMMENTARY | Selena Gomez wants Justin Bieber to know she has moved on. After the recent breakup which has spawned a ballad from the teen heartthrob, she’s putting Justin Bieber behind her.

According to Imnotobsessed.com , Selena Gomez isn’t sitting at home being upset about it either. The young couple split for good after a trip to Mexico went horribly wrong.

Good luck getting over Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, seeing as he wrote a song about you and it will probably be all over the radio for months. Speaking of music, Selena Gomez has been leaning on Taylor Swift for support, according to The Inquisitr .

Apparently Selena Gomez has thrown out thousands of dollars in gifts and jewelry that Justin Bieber gave her during their relationship. Selena Gomez should get ready to throw out her career. “The Bieb” (as fellow YouTube personality “hiimrawn” calls him) is the reason she is famous, hence it was a gift from him as well.

The Huffington Post says a friend of Selena Gomez told the press:

“It means she’s done with that boy, bye-bye. She’s thrown away a lot of his stuff, too, and she doesn’t want it because he’s a liar and treated her badly. She is done and doesn’t want him anymore. She’s moving on.”

Justin Bieber recently took the opportunity to try to clear up a few reports:

“There’s so many rumors. People say I call Selena every day and she won’t pick up the phone or I’m chasing her down, and these are all fake stories. I don’t go on blogs or anything like that. I hear things. People tell me if something happens on the Internet. It gets back to me, definitely.”

As previously reported by The Inquisitr , Justin Bieber has taken steps toward getting over Selena Gomez, too, apparently groping a fan. Justin Bieber says on the most part he tries to ignore the rumors. That can’t be easy when he spends a lot of time on Twitter and retweets a lot of fans.

Do you think Selena Gomez is really over Justin Bieber, or is it going to take a few months before the name-calling stops?
