Penelope Cruz Pregnant? Actress Expecting Second Child With Javier Bardem [Report]

Penelope Cruz is pregnant! Maybe. Rumors that the actress and Javier Bardem are expecting their second child started circulating today but the celebrity couple have yet to confirm the report.

The news broke via Page Six of New York Post.

The Post writes:

“The Spanish beauty has been spotted recently with a fuller figure and sources close to the star confirm that she is indeed pregnant.”

E! Online reports that Penelope is about three months pregnant with her second child.

Cruz and Bardem were married in 2010 and welcomed their first child, Leo Encinas Bardem, in January 2011.

Penelope said:

“It is a revolutionary experience. That’s the best way I can describe it. It transforms you completely, in a second. Nature is very wise and gives you nine months to prepare, but in that moment, when you see that face, you are transformed forever.”

Penelope Cruz hasn’t confirmed the pregnancy news yet but it is known that at least one Cruz is pregnant. Penelope’s sister, Monica, announced last month that she was expecting a child.

Monica wrote on her blog:

“I’m going to be a mother! I have managed to fulfill the dream of a lifetime. Because of that, I want to share with all of you this special journey and be able to tell you about all of my experiences during this fascinating time.”
