Kristin Cavallari Doesn’t Want Son To Follow In Jay Cutler’s Football Footsteps
If Kristin Cavallari gets her way her son won’t be following in Jay Cutler’s footsteps. The new mother said that she didn’t want her son to play football like his father.
“I will try to steer Cam in a different direction, maybe a sport that isn’t so aggressive. Maybe baseball — something where he doesn’t have to get hit.”
Cavallari admits that it might be hard to persuade Camden in a different direction since his father is an NFL quarterback and the actress is OK with that. Cavalarri said that she wants to persuade Camden to play something less dangerous but added that she might not be able to stop him.
Cavallari said:
“At the end of the day, I think if he wants to play football, I don’t know if I’m gonna have too much control over it. You know, how can your dad be a football player and you tell them that they can’t do it?”
Football has been highly scrutinized recently do to a high rate of concussions. Ravens linebacker Bernard Pollard said that the NFL might not exist in the future because it is such a dangerous game. President Obama has also said that he wouldn’t want his son to play football.
