LG Optimus 7 Shows Up In Russia
The LG Optimus 7 has shown up in Russia and as expected the L-series device features a new design and updated features.
Leaked by Hi.tech.mail.ru the smartphone is believed to feature a 1GHz dual-core processor that powers a 4.3-inch display. The Optimus 7 also features an 8-megapixel camera that can shoot in 720p video.
Also included on the device will be a 2460mAh battery that can run the device for two days.
Keeping to its new Google Android focus the LG Optimus 7 runs the Android 4.1 ‘Jelly Bean’ OS and supported dual-SIM cards.
LG has not yet announced when the Optimus 7 will roll out to international markets.
Much like its main competitor Samsung, LG is developing low, medium, and high-end smartphones to attract different types of users from different economic backgrounds. The company is also believed to be working on the next generation of Google Nexus phone which will debut in 2013.
Along with plans to revamp its L-series line in 2013, LG has announced that it sold 8.6 million smartphones in Q4 2012.
