Take A Look Inside Bethenny Frankel’s NYC Apartment
Bethenny Frankel opened up the doors of her lavish New York City apartment for Traditional Home Magazine. The former Real Housewives of NYC personality is currently embroiled in a battle over the TiBeCa home with estranged spouse, Jason Hoppy.
Jason Hoppy and Bethenny Frankel had been living as a family in the upscale apartment with their 2-year-old daughter, Bryn. The SkinngGirl’s TiBeCa home encompasses 3,400-square-feet, Radar Online notes.
Frankel completely redecorated her home in the exclusive New York City neighborhood. Mariette Himes and Brooke Gomez, a renowned mother-daughter design team completed the work. One of Frankel’s favorite features in the TiBeCa home is something many women can relate to – the closet.
The talk show host noted during her Traditional Home Magazine interview that she loved having such massive storage space and no longer had to stuff her belongings under the bed. The former den was transformed into a spacious storage area that would professional organizers.
Bethenny reportedly paid $5 million for the property early last year. She recently showed photos of Bryn’s “pink palace” themed bedroom. In her blog, Frankel had this to say about redecorating Bryn’s bedroom:
“As you guys saw on Bethenny Ever After, we spent so much time picking the design and furniture for our apartment. I truly loved the process. Especially picking out furniture and décor for Bryn’s room.”
Whether or not Bethenny Frankel will remain living in her NYC home with the massive closet remains to be seen. Next to custody of Bryn, the residence appears to be the most contentious aspect of the divorce. A Radar Online source had this to say about Hoppy’s role in the development of the home:
“Jason dealt with all of the contractors and was responsible for the extensive renovations that were done before they finally moved in last year. He isn’t going to walk away from that apartment.”
