‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Jenelle Evans Pregnant With Second Child
Jenelle Evans, star of Teen Mom 2, is pregnant with her second child.
The 21-year-old is more than six weeks pregnant, according to RadarOnline. Her husband, Cortland Rogers, told Star magazine, “Me and Jenelle are so happy that she’s pregnant. She told me, ‘I’m looking forward to a second chance.”
Evans, who gave birth to son Jace Vahn on August 6, 2009, does not have custody of her first child. The boy lives with his grandmother, Barbara Evans. Nor does Rogers; his ex currently has custody of their daughter, Jordan or “JaJa.”
Evans is hoping that having a second child will help her get custody of Jace.
“She thinks if she can prove that she’s a good mother, she can get Jace back,” Rogers said.
Evans didn’t officially confirm the news herself, but she did retweet the RadarOnline article.
Evans and Rogers recently went through a rough patch, during which it was speculated that the two would be getting divorced after a month of marriage. The couple temporarily split up when Evans found out that Rogers had contacted his ex-girlfriend, Taylor Lewis. The two fought on Twitter, with Rogers saying that he just wanted to talk to his daughter. Evans didn’t completely believe him, but the two reconciled on New Year’s Day.
Evans also had some trouble after her former boss, James Duffy, posted naked photos of her online. Evans said that Duffy was hurting her loved ones by posting the photos, and said that it was “getting kinda old.” Evans then asked her followers to report a user who also began sharing the photos.
