Mama June Gets A Makeover On ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Halloween Special [Video]

Mama June recently got a makeover for a Halloween special of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.

Yep, the redneck reality show decided to air its Halloween special in January and apparently the scariest thing they could think of was Mama June sitting down to get a makeover.

But this wasn’t some fancy salon splurge. The frugal mother of Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson sat down for a home makeover in order to achieve a Marilyn Monroe type of look.

June spent years doing Alana’s makeup for the Toddlers and Tiaras show but June isn’t a big fan of doing her own makeup. A frustrated Alana said that it was hard to put on the makeup because all of Mama June’s “bugs were jumpin’ out your head.”

Sugar Bear, however, loved seeing Mama June with her new hair.

Sugar Bear said: “Now I’m a horny bear … Hubba bubba! That’s a sexy mama. (She’s) a blonde bombshell.”

The Halloween / Thanksgiving episode of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo will air next Sunday at 9 pm on TLC.

The Christmas special will come sometime in February.
