Victoria’s Secret Swim Cover Model? Candice Swanepoel Lands 2013 Cover Honors

Victoria’s Secret revealed its 2013 Swim Catalogue today, and Candice Swanepoel is on the cover.

The beautiful model, who also graced the cover of the 2011 Swim Catalogue, said that she was honored to be chosen again by Victoria’s Secret to be on the cover.

Swanepoel told PEOPLE Magazine:

“It was such an honor to be picked for the cover… It is such an iconic catalogue. Before I was a model, I used to see Gisele Bündchen, Tyra Banks and all of those iconic women on it. It is amazing that a little South African girl can get on the cover.”

According to Celebrity Gossip, Victoria’s Secret flew a few of its models down to the beaches of Miami and Turks and Caicos for the swimsuit photoshoot.

Swanepoel said:

“Victoria’s Secret is like a big family. The swim shoots are always really fun, and I love being on the beach. I can’t really complain [about my job] — I feel very lucky!”

Here’s a look at the cover of the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Swim Catalogue. And yes, Candice thinks the same thing. The model said: “I love it — it’s so sexy and gives me amazing cleavage.”

In addition to the Victoria’s Secret cataloge, the models also posed for a few music videos. VS will be releasing a few videos in the Angels & Artists series. The first video features Candice Swanepoel, Doutzen Kroes, and Bruno Mars.
