‘Teen Mom 2’ Fans Heartbroken For Javi Marroquin After Recent Episode
Teen Mom 2 fans were eager to watch the show’s season finale on Monday night, and while there were plenty of happy moments, such as Jenelle Evans and David Eason’s wedding, Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer’s wedding reception, and the birth of Kailyn Lowry’s newest baby boy, fans also couldn’t help but feel bad for Javi Marroquin.
According to a report by Pop Culture, Kailyn Lowry’s baby son, Lux Russell, was finally born in the Teen Mom 2 finale. However, viewers noticed that when Lowry’s ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, got the news of the baby’s arrival, he seemed less than thrilled. Javi told his and Kailyn’s son, Lincoln, that he was now a big brother, and Lincoln was beyond excited.
Later in the episode, Javi Marroquin took his son home to Kailyn Lowry’s house after she had been released from the hospital with her new baby boy. Lincoln gushed over his new little brother, and Kailyn’s first baby daddy, Jo Rivera and his fiance, Vee Torres, also showed up with Lowry’s oldest son, Isaac. The blended families rejoiced over Kailyn’s healthy baby boy, but Teen Mom 2 viewers couldn’t help but notice how sad Javi looked as he watched Kail interact with all three of her sons, and dish details on her birth, including how great of a birthing partner Lux’s father, Chris Lopez, was.
As many Teen Mom 2 fans know, Javi Marroquin and Kailyn Lowry divorced earlier this year after months of relationship issues. The couple’s messy split included cheating allegations. The couple even went to Marriage Boot Camp to try and save their relationship. However, Kailyn revealed that she no longer wanted to be with Javi, although he said he would like to save the marriage.
Many viewers took to social media to express their thoughts on Javi during the episode. Fans of the show tweeted things such as they were “heartbroken” for Marroquin and that that they “hurt” for Kailyn’s ex-husband as he put on a brave face for the cameras, his former wife, and his son, Lincoln.
