‘Teen Mom’ Grandparent To Welcome A Baby?

Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham recently found herself with a whole new family when her mother, Debra Danielson, wed her longtime boyfriend, Dr. David Merz. While Farrah attended the wedding and welcomed David into her family, will she soon be welcoming a new sibling as well?

According to a report by In Touch Weekly magazine, Farrah Abraham’s mother, Debra Danielson, was asked if she planned to start a family with her new husband, David Merz, in the future, possibly through adoption. The Teen Mom OG grandmother, 61, says that she considered having a child with David, but her age is a factor, and she has started weighing her options.

Danielson said that when she brought up the topic of adoption, Farrah Abraham’s 8-year-old daughter, Sophia, shut down her grandmother’s plans. Debra said that Sophia told her that she could not adopt a child because that would be “cheating.” Instead, the young Teen Mom OG star told her grandmother that if she wanted a baby, she needed to do it the old-fashioned way so the baby would be a “real” sister to her mother, Farrah.

“Sophia told me I couldn’t do that because I couldn’t cheat. [She said] that if I was going to have a baby, she wanted me to have it so it would be a real sister to her mom.”

While there have been many controversial moments, scandals, and shocking events happen in the Teen Mom OG world, many fans would likely be stunned if Debra Danielson welcomed a new baby with her husband, David. However, Deb has surprised fans with her actions in the past, such as releasing a rap album, so nothing is off limits for the reality TV grandma.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Farrah Abraham’s mother got married last weekend in Omaha, Nebraska. Debra Danielson and David Merz held their reception at a local aquarium, and although Farrah had vowed not to come to the wedding, mainly due to issues she’s had in the past with her mother’s fiance, David, she did make a surprise appearance. Abraham served as the honorary maid of honor for her mother and even gave a touching toast, welcoming David into her family.
