‘Teen Mom OG’: Farrah Abraham Did Attend Her Mother’s Wedding
Teen Mom OG star Debra Danielson is a married woman. Farrah Abraham‘s mother tied the knot with her boyfriend, Dr. David Merz, recently, and although Abraham vowed that she would not attend the wedding due to her dislike for her mother’s fiance, it seems that she had a change of heart.
According to a Nov. 6 report by In Touch Weekly magazine, Farrah Abraham did attend her mother Debra’s wedding. She also served as the maid of honor for the bride and groom. Farrah revealed that she knows she’s a “great daughter” and that she was being portrayed a certain way by the production members of Teen Mom OG, which is why she’s not longer working with those people.
However, Farrah Abraham did reveal that she was still working with Viacom, the company that owns MTV. The Teen Mom OG personality says that it found that she did not breach her contract with the network, but that she has been the victim of a “hate crime” as MTV tried to fire her for her involvement in the adult entertainment industry.
Farrah added that she’s looking forward to working with a “professional company” to portray “real reality TV” and show her “real story.” Abraham then said that in the past production would have tried to “sabotage” her mother’s wedding, but that she “didn’t allow” that to happen and that she was very “happy” she decided to attend Debra’s wedding.
The Teen Mom OG star even gave a touching toast at the wedding reception, which took place at Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium in Omaha, NE. Farrah Abraham revealed that she had a rough year, but that she was very happy to welcome David into their family, stating that her mother needs a strong man like him by her side, and that it’s been an “amazing opportunity” to watch the new spouses come together and join their families. Abraham ended the toast with the words, “I love you both.”
Many Teen Mom OG fans are surprised that Farrah Abraham had a change of heart about her mother’s wedding, and have taken to social media to congratulate Debra Danielson on her marriage.
