The Weeknd Heartbroken After Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez Romance In Public
Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber’s romance in public is reportedly not going down well with Come and Get It singer’s ex The Weeknd. The Starboy singer, whose real name is Abel, has adopted a puppy because he is allegedly heartbroken.
It is reported that Gomez and Bieber’s romance rekindled after Come And Get It singer underwent a kidney transplant. The two have been spotted together on many occasions recently, sparking rumors of a potential reconciliation.
According to IOL, The Weeknd has found companionship in his newly adopted puppy. The Weeknd and Selena Gomez’s relationship recently came to an end, after the Starboy singer dumped Gomez, after not being able to make time due to busy touring schedule, as reported by TMZ.
The Weeknd and Selena Gomez’s breakup allegedly made way for the former lovebirds to get back together. Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are yet to officially confirm their romance, but their love is not new. The former couple shares a long history of patch-ups and breakups. The couple, who were popularly called Jelena, began dating sometime in December 2009. The duo kept denying their romance for the coming few months, as reported by Entertainment Tonight.
During The Ellen DeGeneres Show in September 2010, the Hands To Myself singer even called Bieber her little brother while denying any chance of a relationship. The Jelena couple first made an official appearance as a couple at a Vanity Fair Oscar party in February 2011. The beloved duo made a handful of appearances for all of the award events of the year, showing off their love for each other.
On February 14, 2012, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber reportedly got engaged. The Sorry singer gave Gomez a diamond-studded J ring for Valentine’s Day, which she happily showed to her fans over Instagram. However, by the year-end, the busy singers could not find time to be with each other and broke apart by November 2012.
Reports started surfacing in the subsequent year that Justin wants Selena back. The couple finally got back together and confirmed their relationship again in April 2013. The duo was reportedly in an on-again, off-again relationship the entire year. Inspired by their breakup, Selena released a song titled Love Will Remember in July 2013, and Bieber released a song titled Heartbreaker in October 2013.
Their relationship came to an end by 2015, with Justin calling their relationship “a marriage kind of thing.” The two famous singers even had a popular Instagram spat over fans bullying Bieber’s then-girlfriend Sofia Richie.
According to Hollywood Life, Justin is now trying to be a better boyfriend to Selena. The duo is inseparable and has agreed to give their relationship the last chance.
