Joshua “Bam Bam” Brown, Billy and Ami’s second son, has not been visible on Alaskan Bush People for a while now. Back in Season 6, Bam Bam said goodbye to his family to be live with his girlfriend, Allison Kagan. The couple is said to have been living in a “luxury yacht” and wants to sail to the Bahamas together.
According to Radar Online, Bam Bam purchased a 100-feet long boat named Osprey back in November 2016. Sources revealed that the vessel, built in 1986, needed a lot of restoration work.
‘Josh (Bam Bam) and Allison first came to look at the boat in November,” an insider told the online publication. “He told the owner that he was in the production business.”
Unfortunately, Bam Bam’s plans to go sailing around the world aboard his love boat was put on hold when Ami Brown was diagnosed with late-stage lung cancer early this year. The 34-year-old appeared in the last season of Alaskan Bush People, where he had an emotional reunion with mom Ami and the rest of his family. However, his girlfriend was not included in the show.
Interestingly, Allison used to work for Alaskan Bush People as a producer. This is why the Brown family has kept mum about the relationship to avoid additional gossip. But now, Bam Bam is breaking his silence about his lady love, their boat, and plans for the future.

Bam Bam just gave a rare update about his love boat on his Facebook and Twitter accounts. The reality star confirmed that he has been working on the boat since acquiring it. He also posted several photos of his boat restoration project, which show the couple working on the tiles and ceiling of the vessel. They also gave their “baby girl” a new name: Fathom This.
“Celebrating 1 year with our little girl,” Bam Bam tweeted on Nov. 1.
“All she needed was a little TLC and a new name.”
The Alaskan Bush People star also opened up about his very private relationship with the former TV producer . He revealed that they have recently celebrated their one-year anniversary as a couple.
“Since everyone keeps asking, Alli and I have been dating for a year (November 2016). When I visited New York that summer we were still just friends.”

Bam Bam narrated that he and Allison got the idea of getting a yacht when they were in Staten Island. He gushed about his girlfriend, who he said had “great artistic vision.”
“Alli searched and found the old ferry just before she was going to be sold for scrap! We have been gutting and renovating her ever since. It’s been a blast…Alli has great artistic vision and huge plans for the renovation.”
Bam Bam also mentioned that Fathom This is a family project. He’s tapped his dad, Billy Brown, to help them with the boat’s plumbing. He stated that the rest of the Alaskan Bush People family is excited to come aboard and see his finished project.
Meanwhile, other members of the Alaskan Bush People family have been recently spotted in Colorado. In the last season of their reality show, Billy announced his plans of abandoning their life in the Alaskan wilderness to settle in a 40-acre ranch in Colorado. However, the move has made fans worried for Ami, who is currently undergoing her second round of chemotherapy.
