‘Teen Mom’: Kailyn Lowry Slams Farrah Abraham For Sex-Shaming Accusations
Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry is slamming her fellow MTV co-star Farrah Abraham for accusations that Farrah made about the crew members who work on the show. Kailyn is defending the members of the crew and sharing her own personal experience with those who work behind the scenes of the reality TV series.
According to Radar Online, earlier this week Farrah Abraham had revealed that Viacom, the company that owns MTV, had fired her due to her work in the adult entertainment industry. Abraham went on to say that she had been “sex-shamed” by network employees and that she was being treated unfairly. However, the Teen Mom OG star revealed later in the week that she actually hadn’t been fired and that she had not breached her contract, but her rant didn’t end there.
Farrah Abraham claimed that members of the show’s production used drugs and alcohol and that some of them even hate women during a social media tirade. The controversial Teen Mom OG star then revealed that if the business practices didn’t change she would turn them in.
“I will not be sex shamed,” Abraham said, adding that she has also been “verbally assaulted.”
Farrah later turned to YouTube to discuss the situation further and even encouraged other Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 stars to speak out against poor treatment.
Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry did just that and revealed that she believes that Farrah’s accusations are false. Lowry says that she’s “never experienced” anything that Abraham claims to have experienced with members of the show’s production. The mother of three added that she has a “great relationship” with the crew.
This isn’t the first time that one of the Teen Mom stars has spoken out against MTV. In the past, Chelsea Houska and Jenelle Evans have both slammed the network for bad editing, accusing them of creating drama. Recently, Jenelle revealed that the network didn’t see the girls on the show as human being, but “freaks in cages.”
