Casey Anthony’s Mother Thinks Her Daughter Is Mentally Ill And Had Seizure When Caylee Died
Casey Anthony’s mom, Cindy Anthony, has said that she thinks that her daughter is mentally ill. Cindy made the admission in an interview that will air on Monday, November 30, on Crime Watch Daily. She added that her daughter has seizures regularly and she blacks out during these episodes, forgetting everything that happened, MSN reports. During the interview, they discuss whether Casey meant to kill her daughter, Caylee, and Cindy says she thinks her daughter had a seizure when her granddaughter died.
Casey Anthony was acquitted of murdering Caylee, who went missing in June 2008. The case was a media spectacle and Casey became the most hated mother in America. Many people were surprised when she got off.
As People Magazine recalls, Casey waited a long time before she reported her child was missing. Over a month passed before the authorities were told. One of the more chilling aspects of the case was that Casey went on a bender during that month. She partied, got a tattoo, and went on a shopping spree, not exactly the behavior one would expect from a mother whose child is missing.
Cindy Anthony reported her granddaughter missing in July 2008. Caylee’s body was eventually found in a wooded area close to the Anthony home.

According to MSN, Cindy tried to give her estranged daughter some words of wisdom via the interview. Her father, George Anthony, was not so kind. During the interview, he made it clear that he does not want to have a relationship with his daughter. Both parents say that they won’t stand by and allow Casey Anthony to profit from the death of their dead granddaughter. They promise to sue Casey if she does a tell-all about the case or if she chooses to do a reality TV show.

George seems particularly haunted by Caylee’s death. He says that he still sees her sometimes in their house.
“One time, she woke me up in the morning just tapping on (my head) with her little finger like she used to,” George Anthony said about his dead granddaughter.
