Natassia Malthe Says Harvey Weinstein Raped Her In 2008 While Attending The BAFTAs With His Wife

Actress and model, Natassia Malthe, is the ninth woman to come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. Malthe, known for her roles in films such as Elektra and Big Momma’s House 2, was supported by her attorney, Gloria Allred, as she told the press about the night Weinstein allegedly raped her.

According to Natassia, on the night of the alleged assault, she was relaxing in her room at London’s Sanderson Hotel following the 2008 British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards. Malthe claims that Harvey Weinstein entered her room and began to masturbate in front of her as he made his way over to the bed.

Weinstein, Malthe says, bragged her with stories of all the A-list Holactressesctesses he had purportedly slept with, and then proceeded to force himself on her. Weinstein had sex with Natassia – without a condom, she says – despite her persistent pleas for him to stop.

According to the Daily Mail, 43-year-old Malthe went on to describe how Weinstein reportedly finished himself off and left the room, leaving the aspiring Hollywood star in a vulnerable, violated state. “I laid still and closed my eyes and just wanted it to end. I was like a dead person. Afterwards, I lay there in complete disgust,” she said.

“It was not consensual. He did not use a condom. However, he did not ejaculate inside of me.”

Not long after the alleged incident, Weinstein called Malthe to request an audition for the film, Nine, which he was producing at the time. Natassia explains how elated she was at the opportunity to land a part in a big-budget film directed by the illustrious Rob Marshall. According to Natassia, her audition went so well that she was convinced she would get a minor role in the film, placing her amongst some of the biggest stars in Hollywood.

In preparation, Malthe took dance and vocal classes.

Meanwhile, Weinstein summoned Malthe to a meeting which he reportedly promised to conduct with an assistant present. However, when Malthe arrived, she claims, Weinstein was already in the act of receiving oral sex from a woman she did not recognize. Natassia says that Weinstein asked her to join in.

“I refused. He and the girl were both laughing at me.”

The entire series of events left the promising actress feeling afraid and confused.

“I was very reluctant to come forward today. It scares me in some ways. However, my closest friends encouraged me to do so. I am also doing it for my three-year little boy, so he understands how to respect and treat women and for countless little girls that should never experience what I went through and for all the women that came before me and after me trying to succeed in Hollywood.”

Malthe says that at that moment she began to doubt her dream of making it big in Tinsel Town. Primarily, she said, if it would have to happen through emotional and physical abuse.

But Natassia did stand up to Weinstein following the incident where the woman was performing fellatio on him at a meeting that was meant to be about a possible part for her in his film. She claims that she called Harvey and “yelled at him for putting me through that. I told him that the opportunity of having a part in his upcoming movie was not worth what he wanted me to do in exchange.”

Weinstein, on the other hand, allegedly became aggressive and said that she had been given “an amazing opportunity” and that she was an “ungrateful c**t” for rejecting him.

Sitting next to a very sympathetic Gloria Allred, Malthe added that it was not the first time she was subjected to such inappropriate behavior while dealing with Hollywood’s mighty men.

‘This situation with Harvey was not isolated. I had experienced sexual harassment from other powerful men in Hollywood, but my experiences with Harvey were the worst.”
