WWE Spoilers: Brock Lesnar Returns, ‘TLC’ Fallout, And What’s Next For The Shield on ‘Raw’?
Last night at TLC, the superstars of Team Red put together an altered card that led to a lot of destruction and damage, but now, it’s time for Monday Night Raw. Tonight, all of the fallout from last night’s pay-per-view will come to light, and there is even more to take in as WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar is set to return. The world will now find out the message of the beast as he responds to Jinder Mahal’s Survivor Series challenge.
The biggest outcome from last night’s TLC is that a modified version of The Shield overcame huge odds to defeat the team of Braun Strowman, The Miz, The Bar, and Kane. Kurt Angle teamed with Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins for the big win, but when will Roman Reigns be back?
According to Wrestling Inc., Roman Reigns has actually been dealing with the mumps and is having a re-evaluation on Monday. The normal time to heal from the mumps is typically four to five days, or even as much as a week, but it is not exactly known when Reigns will be back.
So, it looks as if The Shield will be without their third member for at least one more week. That leads into tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw which had a preview released by the official website of WWE, and there is still a lot that will go down.
Brock Lesnar to respond to Jinder Mahal’s WWE Survivor Series challenge on Raw
This will be the biggest moment of the night, as Jinder Mahal called out Brock Lesnar last week on SmackDown Live, and tonight, he will get a response. Paul Heyman and his client are going to be on Raw, and it is not very likely that the challenge is going to be turned down.
Is anybody ready…?
Asuka’s debut on the main roster of WWE is one that has been a long time coming, and she made the best of it by defeating Emma at the pay-per-view. It’s going to be very interesting to see who will step up to the challenge to face off with the superstar who is still undefeated since arriving in the company.
What will Kane have to say about his attack on Braun Strowman?
Kane’s return last week is one that shocked the world, but no one could have seen what was coming at TLC. The “Big Red Machine” had his differences with Braun Strowman, leading to a monstrous confrontation between the two and the “Monster Among Men” being hauled away in a garbage truck.
Now, Kane is going to speak on Strowman and how he feels about his actions at TLC.
That’s Amore… but for how long?
Enzo Amore lost his tag team partner and appeared to be heading into obscurity, but after last night, he’s a two-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion. Kalisto won’t let a lot of time go by before he invokes his rematch clause, but Mustafa Ali has issues with Enzo too and he will want his shot as well.
What will be the Extraordinary next step?
Finn Balor didn’t have the chance for “The Demon” to take on Sister Abigail due to Bray Wyatt’s illness, but he did have an incredible match with AJ Styles. Some may find it hard to believe that Balor can do anything greater than that, but he’s bound to have a few tricks up his sleeve.
TLC didn’t really answer a lot of questions, but it certainly did bring a lot more of them about. WWE is trying to move past the illness that has plagued the locker room, and they are hoping to begin the next journey tonight on Monday Night Raw. The Shield still has work to do, but they’ll wait for the return of Roman Reigns. Speaking of returns, Brock Lesnar is back and he won’t like being called out for Survivor Series, even if it is by the WWE World Champion.
