‘The Bachelor’ Details: Britt Nilsson Admits To Being Bulimic During Filming

Britt Nilsson tried to find love on The Bachelor with Chris Soules, but things didn’t work out for her. She is now speaking out and sharing that there was a lot that fans didn’t know about her. Life & Style Magazine shared that Britt Nilsson shared details about her time on the show.

In a recent blog post, Britt Nilsson revealed a lot about herself including that she is now a recovering alcoholic and drug addict. Britt also shared that while she was filming The Bachelor, she was suffering from bulimia. Britt admitted that her addictive nature was so bad that she couldn’t stop this battle and would take her mic off while filming the show that they wouldn’t hear her throwing up. She hid it under towels so they couldn’t hear it.

The thing is, Britt Nilsson knew that if they found out she was doing this, then the show would decide to use it as a story line and she didn’t want that to happen to her. Britt didn’t want to be the girl with the eating disorder on the show. She revealed that she would even throw up until blood was coming out of her nose.

Britt Nilsson revealed a lot in this 15-minute video and didn’t hold back. She shared that she didn’t even know what was she was going to say, but she just went with it. When Britt was drinking a lot, she would drink a bottle of wine in the bathtub or wake up and take shots. She even said that the very first time she smoked a cigarette, she smoked five more until she ended up sick. Addiction is something she has dealt with for a long time, but now Britt is sober and doing great. She got very emotional talking about it all.

Britt Nilsson is now engaged and doing great. She has moved on from her time on The Bachelor and found someone that wasn’t part of the franchise. The fans are happy to hear she is doing so great, but didn’t realize a lot of this stuff that Britt is sharing now.
