‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For The Week Of July 17: Spencer Traumatizes Charlotte – Plus ‘GH’ Casting News

General Hospital spoilers for the week of July 17-21 tell us that Curtis (Donnell Turner) has to deal with more Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) drama. Curtis struggles with guilt over her stroke and learns the nature of sacrifice in a very personal way. Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) backed off Curtis to keep stress off Stella, but Curtis doesn’t want to lose Jordan. Curtis will fight for their love.

Cassadine Drama Explodes Next Week

GH spoilers promise that Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) remains obsessed with revenge against his Uncle Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), so he targets Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez). Spencer tells Charlotte that her Papa is a murderer and reveals that Valentin killed his father, Nikolas (ex-Tyler Christopher). Charlotte will be traumatized, and Laura (Genie Francis) must deal with her grandkids’ angst.

Spencer decides to take Valentin to court and wants to use Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) for the case. Laura needs Kevin’s (Jon Lindstrom) support, and he steps up for his lady. Alexis has drama next week with Julian (William deVry) because he asks her to testify on his behalf in court. Alexis is conflicted, according to the latest General Hospital spoilers. Laura also turns to pal Sonny (Maurice Benard) for help.

Romance And New Hope Blossoms

General Hospital spoilers from Soap Central predict that Anna (Finola Hughes) is uncomfortable about pursuing her new romance with Andre (Anthony Montgomery) without first clearing the air with Jordan. Anna goes to Jordan and tells her she wants to date her ex. Jordan gives her blessing. That’s good given how badly Jordan treated Andre, and her track record of mess ups with men.

Finn (Michael Easton) and Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) talk about their future and their new baby, but they have no idea they have a date with fate thanks to Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Also, next week, GH spoilers promise Lucy (Lynn Herring) goes looking for Finn. Does this have to do with his job at GH since he told Dr. O to clear his name so he wouldn’t press charges against her?

Sonny And Sam Trouble Brewing

Sonny (Maurice Benard) gets Carly (Laura Wright) to calm down as she goes off about Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Carly is increasingly worried about Josslyn’s choices, and Joss winds up feeling guilty when she makes another bad one. Sonny discovers he’s facing two uphill battles. One is with Joss to win her forgiveness, and is other is with the mob.

General Hospital spoilers say Sonny finds out it’ll take more than just a snazzy legit business plan to get him loose of organized crime. Late next week, Sonny gets a text message that freaks him out. Two people are plotting to harm Sonny. We’ll find out soon that vengeful mobster Garvey is on the loose and Sam (Kelly Monaco) continues to obsess.

Jason And Julian Pulled Into The Drama

Some GH spoilers tease that Sam’s condition is meningitis and confirmed spoilers for the following week promise that Scout turns up sick too, and thing get more tense. While Sam plots in secret to get Sonny out of Jason’s (Billy Miller) life for good, she runs back to Julian for another assist. Let’s hope someone in Sam’s life finally notices what’s going on with her health and gets her some help.

Jason makes promises to help where he can, but he’s worried about Sam. Next week, General Hospital spoilers say Ava (Maura West) slips into deeper depression over her fate. Nathan (Ryan Paevey) calls out Nina (Michelle Stafford), and there’s little doubt he’s upset at his sister over her renewed interest in Valentin. The week looks busy with a big focus on Cassadine and Corinthos drama.

GH Casting News

Big General Hospital casting news came out today. Michael Sutton is back to GH in August as Stone Cates, but he’s not back from the dead. It will be a ghostly visit. Kirsten Storms’ first return episode as Maxie is the week after next. Drew Cheetwood confirmed he’s back soon as Milo Giambetti, but there’s no firm return date yet.

Exit news from GH reveals that Rebecca Budig wrapped shooting as Hayden Barnes a few weeks ago, and her character will exit sometime this month. General Hospital spoilers from Soaps She Knows predict that Carly Schroeder will come and go this week as Serena Baldwin and isn’t sticking around. She’s part of the big tribute to Peter Hansen, who played Lee Baldwin on GH back in the day.
