Angelina Jolie is in need of a new man — and her oldest son is going to help. In the midst of her divorce with Brad Pitt, Maddox thinks it is the perfect time for her to find a new love. Will Jolie start dating again?

According to Radar Online, Maddox has become the father figure of the family now that Pitt is out of the picture. Although the actress is still ironing out the details of her divorce, Maddox believes she needs to move on and find another love in the near future.

“Angie is the first to say she’s married to her kids right now, but Maddox has urged her to move on and meet a nice guy whenever she is ready,” an insider revealed. “He and Angie have an incredibly close relationship, she treats him like an equal in most if not all respects.”

Jolie filed for divorce in September of last year. The two are currently in the middle of a custody battle involving their six children — Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox. Angelina Jolie and Pitt are committed to co-parenting their brood and she recently purchased a $25 million estate close to his house in Los Feliz.

With Pitt out of the house, the insider claims that Maddox is acting like the man of the family. Be Entertainment reports that the 15-year-old has been helping around the house and coordinating his siblings’ busy schedules. He’s also directing the nannies on when to cook meals and what time everybody goes to bed.

There’s no telling if Jolie will take her son’s advice and get back in the dating world, but he could definitely use more help around the house. Maddox and Pitt went through a difficult patch in the early months of the divorce. Pitt was accused of abusing the young man on a private plane. Fortunately, the two have reportedly made amends during a recent stay in London.

While we wait to see who Jolie starts dating, Daily Telegraph reports that Pitt has already found himself a new woman. The World War Z star is reportedly dating Sienna Miller, less than a year after his breakup with Jolie. The romance has not been confirmed by either party, but sources claim they are both enjoying a casual fling over the summer. Pitt worked with Miller on her latest film, The Lost City of Z.
