Lindsay Lohan Could Be Going To Jail … Again

Lindsay Lohan is facing jail time again, and the prosecutors are reportedly pushing for the Liz & Dick star to spent more time behind bars. Earlier reports placed Lohan on a plane to London to spend time with The Wanted and Max George now appear to be false. MTVNews claims that Lindsay is still hanging out in NYC and awaiting word on how her Santa Monica probation hearing turns out.

Prosecutors will reportedly attempt to revoke Lindsay Lohan’s probation during the Wednesday hearing in California. The former Disney starlette was placed on probation after she was charged with three misdemeanors in relation to a Santa Monica traffic accident in June.

In November, Lohan was charged with giving false information to law enforcement officers, reckless driving, and resisting or obstructing a police officer during the performance of his duty. All the charges were in connection to the summer time accident along the Pacific Coast Highway.

Lindsay Lohan initially told California police offices that she was not driving the Porsche when it hit a truck, but evidence reportedly later indicated that it was indeed the movie star behind the wheel. If Lohan’s probation does get revoked, she could spend up to eight months in jail, according to TMZ.

The beleaguered actress reportedly could also end up in an orange jumpsuit if her probation on a 2011 jewelry theft case even if she is not found guilty on the three misdemeanor charges stemming from the accident.

Lohan has reportedly been spending a lot of time with Max George of The Wanted. Her new pal had this to say Lindsay during an MTV interview:

“She’s a cool girl, she’s all right. She good fun to be around.”
