Halle Berry And Gabriel Aubry Are Back In Court
Los Angeles, CA – Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry are back inside a court room, this time to settle attorney fees. The actress and her ex-significant other were reportedly behind closed doors at the Los Angeles courthouse on Monday.
After the brutal and highly publicized brawl at Berry’s house on Thanksgiving Day, the Canadian model, 36, and the actress appeared to have called a bit of a truce. The fight between Halle’s French fiancé Olivier Martinez and Aubry allegedly stemmed from an ongoing custody battle to prevent Nahla from moving out of the country, according to Radar Online.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Halle Berry and Gabe Aubry allegedly came to a confidential agreement concerning ongoing legal matters. The deal supposedly included language noting that none of the parties involved in the Thanksgiving drama would file charges against the other.
A source claiming to be close to the Berry-Aubry-Martinez angst allegedly told Radar Online that all sides decided their focus should be on ending the “mayhem” for the sake of little Nahla. The source also had this to say about the agreement:
“Gabe suffered horrific injuries from the fight, but as part of the settlement he reached with Halle on Thursday he agreed to drop the bid for the permanent restraining order against Martinez. Gabe feels that there are enough layers of protection in the settlement agreement that will protect him and Nahla.”
Since the agreement was signed both Aubry and Berry have allegedly been spotted separately enjoying time with their daughter, Just Jared notes. Olivier Martinez reportedly informed the Los Angeles Police Department that he is not interested in pursuing criminal charges against Gabe Aubry.
